RETURN POLICY

Beats, the musical instrument store, accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must include the original packaging, owner's manual, and warranty card, and should be in unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects: opened or used string sets, reed boxes, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas (due to hygiene concerns), raw-frame speakers, installed pickups, drumheads, sticks, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.

  2. Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an estimated restock date or offer alternative solutions.
  3. For custom or special order items, processing time may take longer, and you will be notified with an updated timeline.
