Verdict

The Tanglewood TWT-3 is an excellent value concert ukulele. Compared with the TWT-1 and TWT-2 soprano models, it offers:

• Greater playing comfort due to the larger fret spacing.
• Fuller, richer sound with increased projection.
• Quality components such as Aquila strings and die-cast tuners.
• Attractive black walnut construction with a satin finish.

If you're choosing between the TWT-2 and TWT-3, the TWT-3 is generally the better long-term choice for most adults because of its larger size, improved comfort, and fuller sound.
